The watchwinder itself is great. The transport took too long, more than 7 days. Why???

Sorry to hear the delivery was delayed. You did choose for shipping with PostNL, which is quite slower than with Fedex. To Sweden with PostNL takes normally 3-5 working days. We will contact PostNL to inform why it took so long. Again, we are sorry for the late delivery.
